About Us
CHOICES was founded in 1995 as a licensed Child Placing Agency specializing in providing Therapeutic Foster Home Services.
In 2008, we also became a licensed Mental Health Agency primarily providing Outpatient Clinical Services for both adults and children. In 2009, we began providing Community Integration Services for adults.
